Get a Card
All residents of Franklin County are entitled to a free borrower’s card.
Applications are to be filled out in ink. Family cards are encouraged.
A person applying for a library card must:
- have picture identification and an item with a current address (Water, or utility bill). Two forms with their name and Franklin County Address.
- If another card is issued the charge will be $5 for a second card.
- All applications are to be filled out and signature witnessed by a staff member in the Library.
- Child cards must have a parent or guardian signature witnessed by a library staff member.
Non-resident borrowers: An annual registration fee of $40.00 will be charged for out of county residents applying for a library card, unless their home library is a participant in the Idaho Commission For Libraries Agreement. Then they can apply for a reciprocal library card.
Reciprocal Patrons: The Larsen-Sant Library will accept library cards from other Idaho libraries in our region. Just show us your library card and we will arrange for you to borrow books from us as well.
